Shipping Methods and Rates
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan, allowing you to pay upon receiving your order.
Flat Rate Shipping
A standard shipping rate of 200 PKR applies to most orders. Shipping costs may increase for custom packaging or orders exceeding 2 kg.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on location and external factors.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your package on the courier's website.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost, we will work with the courier to locate it or provide a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All deliveries are limited to addresses within Pakistan
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unused, and damaged during shipping or handling to qualify for a return.
Exceptions: Returns due to a change of mind (e.g., not liking the product, wanting a different color) are not accepted. Sale items are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Return Timeframe
Customers must initiate the return process on the same day they receive the damaged item by sending a video and images of the product to our WhatsApp number: 03218172693.
Return Process
Carefully pack the product for return. Contact us to arrange for our courier company to pick up the parcel at no cost. If a pickup is unavailable in your area, drop the package at the nearest office of our selected courier companies. No return authorization is required.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed after the returned product is verified.
Customers will receive their refund within 5 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or bank transfer. Sale items are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
We cover the return shipping costs if the customer’s claim is verified. No shipping label is provided in advance.
Damaged or Defective Items
Report damaged items on the same day of receiving them by sending a video and images to WhatsApp: 03218172693.Verified claims may result in an exchange or full refund, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for incorrect sizes or wrong items delivered. Exchanges for a change of mind are not accepted initiate an exchange, send a video and images of the product on the same day to our WhatsApp number.
We will arrange for a reverse pickup and send the replacement within 3 days if available.
