Return Eligibility

 

  • Eligible Items: Items must be unworn, unused, and damaged either during shipping or due to our handling to qualify for return.
  • Exceptions: Returns due to change of mind (e.g., not liking the item, wanting a different color) are not accepted. Sale items are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Timeframe

 

  • Customers must initiate a return on the same day they receive the damaged product.
  • To start the return process, send a video and images of the damaged product to our official WhatsApp number: 03218172693.

 

Return Process

 

  • Carefully pack the product for return.
  • Contact us to arrange for our courier company to pick up the parcel at no charge.
  • If the courier cannot reach your area, take the package to the nearest office of our selected courier companies and submit it there
  • No return authorization is required.

 

Refund Process

 

  • Refunds will be processed after verification.
  • Customers will receive their refund within 5 days of us receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued via Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or any other bank account.
  • Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the customer's claim is verified.
  • No return shipping label will be provided.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

  • Report damaged items by sending a video and images to our WhatsApp number: 03218172693 on the same day of receiving the product.
  • We will review the submission and contact the customer for verification.
  • Verified claims will result in an exchange or a full refund, based on a case-by-case evaluation.

 

Exchanges

 

  • Exchanges are offered for incorrect sizes or wrong items delivered. Exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
  • To initiate an exchange, send a video and images of the product on the same day to our WhatsApp number.
  • If eligible for an exchange, pack the product, and we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • After receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement within 3 days if it is available.
