Shipping policy

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan. This service allows you to pay for your purchase upon receiving it.
Flat Rate Shipping: Our standard shipping rate is a flat 200 Pakistani Rupees for most orders. However, in some cases, the shipping rate may increase if custom packaging is required or if the package weighs more than 2 kg.

Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is estimated to be 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the courier's website.

Delayed Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost, we will work with the courier to locate it or send a replacement.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
